Pastor Mike serves as one of our Associate Pastors. He and his wife Sydney have a heart for the Church and a love for Christ that is evident in the way that they love people. Mike and Sydney oversee our Small Groups and Growth Track, as well as playing an important role in our Sunday morning and Wednesday night services. They have 4 daughters and have been on staff at Northridge since 2015.

Pastor Terry has been on staff at Northridge as an Associate Pastor since 2006.  His duties and responsibilities include counseling, care ministry, and some administration.  Pastor Terry and his wife Ramona have been married for over 50 years with two children, both in the ministry, and five grandchildren. 

Katie Gupton serves as our Office Manager and plays an important role in making sure that our office runs smoothly week to week and everything is taken care of when it comes to the business of the church. Her and her husband Cody have been a part of Northridge Church since 

Pastor Cody is our Kids Pastor here and oversees our Edge Ministry on Sundays and Wednesday Nights! He and his fiancé, Lauren, love to hang out with all the kids of Northridge and let them know about who Jesus is and how they can have a relationship with Him! He has been on staff at Northridge since 2022.

Kristy is our Nursery Director and does a fantastic job every time the doors are open of creating a fun, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for the babies of Northridge Church! At any moment you can find Kristy in the nursery, teaching toddlers about Jesus, rocking newborns, or having fun with all the kids in the nursery. She and her husband Chad have two kids. 

Pastor Zach serves as our Youth Pastor. He and his wife Savannah believe reaching the middle school and high school aged students and pouring into them at their age is very vital. They have a heart to see teens saved, restored, and discipled. They have 2 boys and have been on staff at Northridge since 2016.

Christina serves as our Worship Director. She has a heart for worship and loves to see people engage in praising Jesus through the different times of worship that happen on a Sunday morning and Wednesday night. She and her husband Ben have 3 boys. Their family has been a part of Northridge church since 2012

Pastor Gary serves as Associate Pastor and helps oversee the staff while coordinating big events and property management. Past Gary has an unbelievable passion to teach, love and empower others in the knowledge of God. He and his wife Deanna, have been at Northridge since 2006 and have served in numerous capacities during their time here. They have three  children and four grandchildren.

Ashley serves as our Pastoral Assistant. She helps coordinate different events and oversees building usage. She also assists with helping our Pastors in various capacities. She has a heart to serve people and loves being a part of the team here at Northridge. Her and her husband Matt have 1 daughter and their family has been at Northridge since 2021.

Pastor Matt serves as our Online Pastor. He oversees our Online Campus, as well as all of our Social Media. Pastor Matt believes that the Online Church is an incredible way to reach people for Jesus who may not otherwise be able to join us in person for service. He and his wife Ashley have 1 daughter and their family has been a part of Northridge since 2021.

Chele serves as our Office Assistant and helps with a variety of tasks throughout the week. Her and her husband, Rich, serve faithfully at Northridge and you can often find her on stage leading worship. They have 1 daughter, 1 son-in-law, and 1 son. Chele has been on staff since 2023.
