Known for his strong character and passionate heart, Derek Capello is the lead pastor of Northridge Church. His servant leadership heart and commitment to the Word of God has led to the exponential growth of the people that sit under his ministry. Pastor Derek's dedication to Love God and Love People has become not only the heartbeat that drives all the ministries of the church but is evident in all areas of his personal life.

He and his wife, Rachel love their community and are determined to see the lost found, the broken restored and the hurting find wholeness, all through the One who brings life...Jesus Christ.

Pastor Rachel Capello

Pastor Rachel Capello serves alongside her husband and is passionate about shining the light of Jesus into our community. Her heart for people, especially women, is evident in the way she leads with infectious love. Her commitment to seeing the lost and hurting find Jesus, is both challenging and encouraging.

Aside of Loving God and her family, Pastor Rachel is a true die hard LSU fan. (don't hold that against her Tennessee).  She graduated from LSU so her roots are in Louisiana, but once you meet her, you'll clearly see her heart is right here in Tennessee.
