GROWTH TRACK - DISCOVER PURPOSE & MAKING A DIFFERENCE: This is not a class, it's a journey. Growth Track is a three part journey designed to help you grow as followers of Christ, understand the heartbeat of this house, and show you how you can make a difference in the world. Our prayer for you is this three part journey will strengthen your faith and give understanding of our culture so that you can put your roots down deep.

DREAM TEAM DESCRIPTIONS
Baptism Team: Our team prepares for and hosts the Northridge’ baptism experience.
Campus Support Team: Our team works to maintain and support every area of the Church. This includes replacing light bulbs, making sure grounds are taken care of, parking lot is clean, weeds are pulled out of the beds, and foyer trash is taken out.
Cherish Team: This team provides help with any needs that our Northridge widows might need through out the year.
EDGE KIDS: Our team invests in the lives of children grade K-5th through worship, Biblical teaching, videos, Small Groups, and games. (Background check)
Events Team: Our team serves at conferences and church-wide events by setting up decorations and facilitating meals and snacks.
First Responders: Our team of health care professionals serves by providing basic medical care in the event of an accident or emergency. (Medical certification, Background check)
Host Team: Our team welcomes people to Northridge at the front doors and hands out bulletins at the entrance to the auditorium.
Growth Track Host Team: Our team serves as the hosts of the Growth Track, greeting guests and providing materials and assistance to those discovering their next steps at Northridge.
Next Steps Information Team: Our team helps people identify their next steps by providing resources and information about weekend services, Small Groups, Growth Track and events.
Little Lights (Nursery) Check-In: Our team facilitates the check-in process in Northridge Kids to ensure children are cared for effectively and efficiently. (Age 18+, Background check)
Little Lights (Nursery): Our team ministers to children birth- 5 years through Bible stories, worship, prayer, hands-on activities and personal interactions. (Background check)
Outreach/Missions Team: Our team facilitates serving opportunities throughout the year. We do this through our community Serve projects as well as home and foreign missions.
Parking Team: Our team serves as the first impression for those coming to Northridge by welcoming people on and off the property and by providing a safe and efficient parking experience. (Age: 15+)
Prayer Team: Our team provides prayer covering for services, teams and ministries at Northridge.
Production Team: Our team assists in the production of the overall worship experience, using lights, cameras, and other visual elements.
Resource Team: Our team enhances the worship experience by preparing bulletins, communion elements, and providing other products or materials.
Small Group Leaders: We are trained to facilitate Small Groups and equipped to build relationships while helping group members discover their next steps. (Background check)
NRYouth: Our team invests in the lives of students grades 6th-12th through worship, biblical teaching, and small groups. (Background check)
Usher Team: Our team of men assists people to their seats, facilitates the offering, and helps maintain a distraction-free service environment.
Worship: Our team facilitates a powerful worship experience for both Sunday and Wednesday Services (Adult and Student) through vocals, instruments, and audio engineering. (Training process, Background check)
